Accordingly, the Department of Construction requires the Project Management Boards for investment and construction projects in the region and center to definitively resolve all outstanding issues and debts related to the provision of public sanitation services, management of transfer stations, transportation and treatment of solid household waste by December 31st before handing them over to the People's Committees of the communes; to compile all infrastructure asset documents, legal documents of the bidding package, and financial documents for handover; to preside over and coordinate with relevant contractors to organize the handover of documents and materials and the handover of the site in the area; and to send the planned handover of documents and materials to the People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones, the Management Boards of the city's integrated waste treatment complexes and the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
To ensure timely preparation for implementation starting January 1, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction requests that the Project Management Boards for investment and construction projects in the special zone and central areas provide information and submit documents to the People's Committees of communes and wards in the special zone and the Management Boards of the city's integrated waste treatment complexes before December 26.
The handover contents include: the volume and unit prices of public sanitation services, household waste transportation, and the management and operation of household waste transfer stations currently being managed and implemented by the relevant units….
