On the morning of December 11th, the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Information, Statistics and Application of Advanced Science and Technology (CISAST) organized the "Technology and Equipment Market (Techmart) specializing in Digital Transformation for Building Smart Cities in 2025".

The program runs until December 12th and takes place at the Technology Exchange (79 Truong Dinh Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and on the online platform techmart.techport.vn.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Yen, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, spoke at the event.

Particularly within the framework of the event, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology officially launched the expanded version of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Information Portal (Techport.vn), acting as an online technology exchange platform and a hub connecting technology supply and demand in the city and other localities.

The new version of Techport is designed to be user-friendly, synchronized, and modern, and has merged the databases of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong (formerly), and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (formerly).

Techport.vn is a platform connecting businesses, experts, and providing technology solutions, with key services such as technology transfer consulting, brokerage, showcasing solutions like drones, AI surveillance cameras, Digital Twin, autonomous robots, smart tourism platforms, and supporting innovation in various fields such as urban development, healthcare, and education .

The Innovation and Technology Transfer Portal (Techport.vn) - Extended Version

Mr. Nguyen Huu Yen, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, said that this year's Techmart is expected to help Ho Chi Minh City move faster on its journey to building a smart city - a city that operates on data, is intelligently connected, and puts its citizens at the center.

Techmart attracted more than 100 technologies and equipment from 50 institutes, universities, and businesses both domestically and internationally, participating in promotion and transfer.
