Mr. Le My Phuoc said that in 2008, he was recruited to work at Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. (100% Korean-owned). From the moment he started working at the company, he worked diligently. Prior to that, Mr. Phuoc was admitted to the Party at the Central Vietnam College of Mechanical Engineering, Construction and Agriculture and Forestry. In 2009, he transferred his Party membership to the Party Committee of Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the company's Party Committee completed the procedures for his official Party membership transfer. "I always remind myself to constantly strive in my work, ready to volunteer for new and difficult tasks, to be worthy of the pioneering and exemplary role of a Party member," Mr. Phuoc shared.

Mr. Le My Phuoc has many initiatives that benefit the company and create a safe working environment for the workers.

With a proactive and open-minded approach, Mr. Phuoc regularly advises and proposes solutions to the company's board of directors to find optimal approaches to production and business operations. At the same time, he researches and proposes many practical initiatives and improvements, contributing to the successful achievement of the company's production and business goals.

According to Mr. Phuoc, electrical cables are a crucial component in crane manufacturing, transmitting power from the source to other equipment and components to power the crane. Currently, the MHS Erection team uses approximately 50-60 rolls of electrical cable for crane assembly, requiring 9 workers to handle the cables daily. However, each worker has different abilities and work efficiency, leading to inconsistent productivity. This also poses a safety risk and affects the health of the workers. Therefore, Mr. Phuoc researched the solution of a "Semi-Automatic Cable Pulling Machine," replacing the manual cable pulling and winding method. Mr. Phuoc utilized readily available materials, along with enthusiastic support from the MHS factory's fabrication team and the Keson training department. The "Semi-Automatic Cable Pulling Machine" was put into operation in August 2024, after only two weeks of testing. The introduction of Keson helped the factory reduce the workforce used for cable laying by one-third compared to before.

In addition, Mr. Phuong has many technical innovation initiatives such as: an initiative to change the angle cutting method of the RMQC crane project; an improvement to the design drawing by cutting the angle of the RMQC 6 crane straight; and a solution to "Improve the sliding mechanism and jigs for directly beveling products with complex shapes, such as 711mm diameter pipes"... Thanks to these, production costs are reduced, productivity and output are increased, and workplace safety is ensured. "Each innovation is not only the result of personal effort but also the support from colleagues and the right direction from the company's leadership. I always believe that with passion and a spirit of continuous learning, we will find the best solutions for our work," Mr. Phuong expressed.
