Attending the festival in Ward 21, Binh Phu Commune were: Mr. Le Quoc Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the event, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Ward Pham Hong Minh praised the spirit of unity and effort of the people of Quarter 21, and urged the Party Committee, the Front Committee, and the neighborhood's organizations to continue focusing on key tasks.
Accordingly, the neighborhood will continue to strengthen the great national unity, promote the spiritual and material strength of the neighborhood, strive to complete the targets for 2026, and compete to achieve accomplishments to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that, it will innovate its operational methods, apply information technology in propaganda, and avoid formalism and superficiality.
In particular, the neighborhood continues to focus on social welfare, caring for residents in boarding houses with over 480 temporary households in the neighborhood, and coordinating with functional units to assist in obtaining personal identification documents and campaigning for health insurance cards for students in the charity class at Phu Dinh communal house.
At the event, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and ward leaders presented gifts to support households in difficult circumstances; and commended 10 exemplary individuals for their "Good deeds".
* Speaking at the community festival in Ward 12, Phu Dinh Commune , Comrade Duong Anh Duc, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and positive contributions of the Front Committee and the people of the neighborhood over the past year, especially in community building activities, caring for people's lives, and maintaining security and order.

Comrade Duong Anh Duc affirmed that the city always appreciates and hopes that citizens will contribute practical models and solutions to strengthen national unity and work together to build a civilized, modern, and compassionate city.
According to Comrade Duong Anh Duc, building a civilized, modern, and compassionate city is not only the task of the government but also the shared responsibility of every citizen. With the consensus and initiatives of the people, new models and effective approaches can be created, contributing to the stronger development of Ho Chi Minh City.
Comrade Duong Anh Duc called on the Fatherland Front system and the people to continue spreading patriotic emulation movements, especially models and initiatives stemming from practical experiences at the grassroots level. The city leaders hope that people will contribute ideas for new models and solutions to strengthen national unity, build cultural life in residential areas, and work together to develop a civilized, modern, and compassionate city.
On this occasion, the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City presented gifts to support households in difficult circumstances; Phu Dinh ward commended 7 exemplary families and 21 outstanding individuals for their excellent achievements in building the residential community in 2025.
* Attending the festival in Ward 34, An Lac Commune was Comrade Phan Hong An, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the event, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of An Lac Ward, Le Truong Hai Hieu, expressed his hope that in the coming time, the neighborhood will continue to maintain unity and effectively implement social welfare policies so that no one is left behind. He also called for expanding channels for residents to contribute ideas to the neighborhood's development.
* The community festival in Giua C hamlet, Cu Chi commune , was chosen as a model to learn from for organizing similar events in other residential areas in the locality. In 2025, under the leadership of the hamlet's Party branch, the Giua C hamlet Front Committee played a core role in consolidating national unity. Thanks to the spirit of solidarity and mutual support for economic development, the material and spiritual lives of 1,323 people in 400 households in the hamlet have been increasingly improved.
On this occasion, Giua C hamlet honored 5 exemplary individuals for their "Good deeds and good people." Leaders at all levels also presented 25 gifts to near-poor and disadvantaged households and 53 gifts to students with good academic achievements.
