* Attending the festival in Ward 21, Binh Phu Ward were comrades: Le Quoc Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Pham Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the festival, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Pham Hong Minh praised the spirit of solidarity and efforts of the people of Ward 21, and at the same time requested the Party Committee, the Front Work Committee and the ward's organizations to continue focusing on key tasks.

Accordingly, the neighborhood continues to strengthen the great national unity bloc, promote the spiritual and material strength of the neighborhood, strive to complete the 2026 targets, compete to achieve achievements to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that, it is necessary to innovate working methods, apply information technology in propaganda, avoid formality and spread.

In particular, the neighborhood continues to pay attention to social security work, taking care of people in boarding houses with more than 480 temporary households in the neighborhood, and at the same time coordinating with functional units to support making personal documents and mobilizing the issuance of health insurance cards for students of the charity class at Phu Dinh communal house.

At the festival, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and ward leaders presented gifts to support households in difficult circumstances; commended 10 typical examples of "Good people, good deeds".

* Attending and speaking at the festival in Ward 12, Phu Dinh Ward , Comrade Duong Anh Duc, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and positive contributions of the Front Work Committee and the people of the ward in the past year, especially in community building activities, caring for people's lives and maintaining security and order.

Comrade Duong Anh Duc affirmed that the city always respects and hopes that people will contribute practical models and solutions to strengthen national solidarity and join hands in building a civilized, modern, and humane urban area.

According to comrade Duong Anh Duc, building a civilized, modern, and humane urban area is not only the task of the government but also the common responsibility of every citizen. From the consensus and initiatives of the people, new models and good practices can be created, contributing to the stronger development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Comrade Duong Anh Duc called on the Front system and the people to continue spreading patriotic emulation movements, especially models and initiatives originating from grassroots practices. The city leaders hope that people will contribute new models and solutions to strengthen the great national unity bloc, build cultural life in residential areas, and join hands to develop a civilized, modern, and humane city.

On this occasion, Ho Chi Minh City leaders presented gifts to support households in difficult circumstances; Phu Dinh ward commended 7 households and 21 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in building residential communities in 2025.

* Attending the festival at Ward 34, An Lac Ward was comrade Phan Hong An, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the festival, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of An Lac Ward, Le Truong Hai Hieu, hoped that in the coming time, the neighborhood would continue to maintain great solidarity and implement social security policies well so that no one would be left behind. At the same time, channels would be expanded for people to contribute ideas to build the neighborhood.

* The festival in Giua C hamlet, Cu Chi commune , was chosen as a point to draw experience from organizing for other residential areas in the area. In 2025, under the leadership of the hamlet Party Cell, the Front Work Committee of Giua C hamlet has promoted its core role in consolidating the great national unity bloc. Thanks to the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance in economic development, the material and spiritual life of 1,323 people in 400 households in the hamlet has been increasingly improved.

On this occasion, Giua C hamlet honored 5 examples of “Good people, good deeds”. Leaders at all levels also presented 25 gifts to near-poor and disadvantaged households and 53 gifts to students with good academic achievements.
