In his closing remarks at the competition, Mr. Nguyen Trong Dam, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphans and Head of the Organizing Committee, assessed: The 3rd Singing Contest for Disabled People was a great success. The performances demonstrated the deep concern of the government, relevant agencies, and local associations for contributing to ensuring the right to enjoy and participate in culture and arts in general, and the mass cultural and artistic movement of disabled people in particular.
Many performances were meticulously prepared and staged, rigorously rehearsed, closely adhering to the competition's theme and ideology, showcasing creativity, uniqueness, and vividly reflecting the cultural and spiritual life of people with disabilities.

The Organizing Committee awarded 7 Gold Medals, 10 Silver Medals, and 14 Consolation Prizes to 31 participating performances. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize overall to the Ho Chi Minh City delegation, two Second Prizes overall to the Binh Thuan and Quang Ninh delegations. Third Prize overall went to three delegations: Lam Dong, Da Nang, and Thai Nguyen. The Organizing Committee also presented Certificates of Merit to 7 delegations for their active participation in the competition.

Honoring outstanding performances and organizations, the Chairman of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphans
The 3rd Singing Contest for People with Disabilities was organized by the Vietnam Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans , in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and a number of relevant agencies at the central and local levels .
The regional rounds of the 3rd Singing Contest for People with Disabilities were successfully held in the Central, Northern, and Southern regions in May 2025 , with the participation of 29 teams, 358 contestants, and 86 performances . Through the regional competitions, the Organizing Committee selected 9 teams that won first, second, and third place overall, as well as performances that won gold medals, to participate in the national final competition.
The final round was held in Hanoi from June 15th to 16th, featuring male and female disabled contestants from 13 provinces and cities, including delegations that won first, second, and third prizes, as well as gold medal winners from the three regional competitions.
