This award was launched from November 10, 2024 to February 28, 2025. The Organizing Committee of the contest received 39,582 paintings from children and teenagers across the province. Of which, contestants in Nha Trang City sent 12,983 paintings; Dien Khanh District 6,670 paintings; Ninh Hoa Town 5,139 paintings; Cam Lam District 4,750 paintings; Cam Ranh City 4,476 paintings; Van Ninh District 3,078 paintings; Khanh Vinh District 1,562 paintings; Khanh Son District 895 paintings; Provincial Children's House 14 paintings; units under the Department of Health 15 paintings.

Representatives of the Organizing Committee of the contest awarded certificates of merit from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to the collectives with outstanding achievements.

After the judging period, the Organizing Committee awarded 375 prizes to the outstanding works of contestants in 3 age groups: preschool, primary school, and secondary school. Each age group has 125 prizes, including 25 gold prizes, 25 silver prizes, 25 bronze prizes, and 50 consolation prizes. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 9 collective prizes in 3 age groups to schools with a high number of contestants winning prizes. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of merit to 8 Departmentsof Education and Training of 8 districts, towns, and cities and 9 schools with outstanding achievements. According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the paintings of the children this year have high artistic quality, clear themes, harmonious compositions with bright colors, innocent and pure perspectives, and funny and novel creations.
