Awarding Party Badges to veteran Party members on May 19th.

To commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), Party committees at all levels in the province organized the awarding of Party badges to many veteran Party members currently active in grassroots Party branches and committees.

• Presenting Party Badges to senior Party members
• The Party Committee of Ninh Quoi commune awarded and posthumously awarded Party Badges.
• Presenting Party badges to former provincial leaders.

This is the Party's recognition and appreciation of the efforts, training, and immense contributions of Party members to the revolutionary cause, and also expresses profound gratitude to generations of loyal and dedicated Party members who have served the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

*On the morning of May 15th, Comrade Phan Thanh Duy, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, presented the 60-year Party Membership Badge to Party member Tran Van Tet, a member of the Cay Phuoc Hamlet Party Branch, Phan Ngoc Hien Commune Party Committee.

Comrade Tran Van Tet was born in 1950 and joined the Party on March 16, 1967. Throughout his career, he held many positions in the Army, always upholding the qualities of a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam , actively participating in activities, and successfully completing assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Phan Thanh Duy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, congratulated and acknowledged Comrade Tran Van Tet's contributions throughout his career. He emphasized that the 60-year Party membership badge is the Party's recognition of the Party member's persistent efforts and dedication; and expressed his hope that Comrade Tet would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition and contribute to the development of his homeland.

The Party Committee of Phan Ngoc Hien Commune has 6 Party members who were awarded Party Badges on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday on May 19th, including: 1 Party member receiving the 60-year Party membership badge, 1 Party member receiving the 45-year Party membership badge, and 4 Party members receiving the 30-year Party membership badge.

*On the morning of May 15th, Comrade Huynh Huu Tri, Member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, along with a delegation, visited and presented the 60-year Party Membership Badge to Party member Pham Thi Dung, currently a member of the Party Branch of Hamlet 17, Vinh Hau Commune Party Committee.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee of Ca Mau, Huynh Huu Tri, respectfully presented the Party Badge, handed over the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, and offered flowers to congratulate Comrade Pham Thi Dung.

Comrade Huynh Huu Tri extended his congratulations and deep gratitude for Comrade Pham Thi Dung's contributions to the Party's revolutionary cause and the development of the locality. He also expressed his wish that she continue to maintain good health , uphold the qualities of a Party member, and serve as a shining example for the younger generation to follow; actively participating in contributing ideas to build a stronger Party and political system at the grassroots level.

The Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested that the Party Committee and the government of Vinh Hau commune continue to pay attention to and care for the material and spiritual lives of veteran Party members; and regularly listen to and absorb the heartfelt opinions and valuable experiences of these comrades in Party building and local development.

*Earlier that same day, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dat Mui commune held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee on awarding the 30, 45, and 50-year Party membership badges to Party members residing in the commune on the occasion of May 19th.

Accordingly, the 30-year Party membership badge was awarded to Comrade Huynh Thanh Cong, a Party member of the Mui Hamlet Party Branch; the 45-year Party membership badge was awarded to Comrade Quach Van Thich, a Party member of the Vinh Nuoc Soi Hamlet Party Branch; and the 50-year Party membership badge was awarded to Comrade Ho Nghi Cho, a Party member of the Cai Hoang Hamlet Party Branch.

Comrade Kieu Minh Tieng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Dat Mui commune, presented the 50-year Party membership badge to Comrade Ho Nghi Cho.

Comrade Truong Van Ty, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dat Mui commune, presented the 30-year and 45-year Party membership badges to comrades Huynh Thanh Cong and Quach Van Thich.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dat Mui commune, Kieu Minh Tieng, congratulated the comrades who received the Party Badge this time, and expressed his appreciation for their contributions throughout their careers and dedication to the Party and their homeland.

Comrade Kieu Minh Tieng expressed his wish that Party members continue to uphold their political qualities, promote their pioneering and exemplary roles; actively study and follow the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; and be shining examples for the younger generation to follow, contributing to the increasingly prosperous development of the Ca Mau Peninsula .

Representing the Party members receiving the Party Badge, Comrade Ho Nghi Cho expressed his honor and pride in receiving the 50-year Party Membership Badge. He affirmed that he would uphold the qualities of a Party member, actively participate in local movements, and contribute together with the government and people to building a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Ca Mau homeland.
