
Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy emphasized that the presentation of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards is not merely an act of gratitude but also an important political task. This sacred symbol contributes to educating about revolutionary traditions, strengthening faith, fostering national pride among cadres, Party members, and the people; and building a solid spiritual foundation for the cause of building, developing, and protecting the homeland.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province requested that Party committees and authorities of communes and wards receive, arrange, preserve, and promote the value of the statue of President Ho Chi Minh, considering it a sacred symbol in the political and spiritual life of each locality. The Provincial Military Command, in coordination with localities, should regularly maintain propaganda and education work associated with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; creating a strong sense of responsibility and inspiring a desire to contribute among cadres, Party members, and people throughout the province.

At the conference, on behalf of the communes and wards in the area, the leaders of Pho Hien Ward People's Committee expressed their deep gratitude for the attention of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, and the Commander of Military Region 3 for this extremely meaningful gift. This event has contributed to creating further motivation for the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the communes and wards in the area to continue striving to fulfill their duties well and contribute to the overall development of their homeland and country.
