Paying tribute to those who contributed to the revolution on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, national reunification and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Dong Thap province

On the afternoon of April 28, 2025, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, together with representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, District Party Committee, and People's Committee of Tam Nong district visited and presented gifts to outstanding people with revolutionary contributions in Phu Thanh A commune, Tam Nong district.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen and members of the delegation visited 02 war invalids in Phu Thanh A commune, including Mr. Ha Van Phep (born in 1968, 85% war invalid) and Mr. Pham Minh Tan (born in 1953, 63% war invalid). At each place visited, Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the war invalids and expressed her deep gratitude for the sacrifices and valuable contributions of the war invalids in the struggle for national liberation and reunification. At the same time, she expressed her wish that the families of the meritorious people would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition and actively participate in building the homeland of Dong Thap's pink lotus to develop more and more. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the district presented gifts to each family of the meritorious people to the revolution.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Dong Thap province, the Provincial People's Committee organized delegations to visit people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of typical martyrs, to pay tribute to the Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, families of martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers in localities in the province.
