Implementing the "Ai-Sen Pink QR Code" model.

To further digitize and enhance the effectiveness of exhibitions and the educational function of the museum, on the afternoon of March 20, 2025, the Dong Thap Provincial Museum officially launched a pilot program of the "Pink Lotus QR Code" model within the General Exhibition Hall and the outdoor exhibition area of ​​the museum.

“Ai-Sen Hong QRcode” is a feature that creates links for scanning QR codes to content introducing exhibits at the museum, incorporating AI-powered voiceovers, background music, and images. This is a technological product developed by the museum's technical team based on the Ai-Sen Hong platform, a chatbot model for answering questions about the history and culture of Dong Thap that was previously implemented.

To assess the effectiveness and public satisfaction, and as a basis for developing a more complete "Ai-Sen Pink QR Code" model in the future, the museum is initially only implementing one voice and one language (Vietnamese) for the "Ai-Sen Pink QR Code." In the future, more voices and languages ​​(English, French, Chinese, etc.) will be implemented to better serve the diverse needs of visitors. Some images:
