Art Exhibition "Colors of Quang Nam Land"

To celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), on April 15, 2026, the Da Nang Museum organized the opening of an art exhibition with the theme "Colors of Quang Nam" at the Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts, 78 Le Duan Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang.

Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi - Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Nho Khiem - Chairman of the Da Nang Union of Literature and Arts Associations; Mr. Yves Romani - Director of the French Institute in Da Nang; Mr. Ha Vy - Deputy Director of the Da Nang City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan - Chairman of the Da Nang City Cultural Heritage Association; Mr. Than Trong Dung - Chairman of the Da Nang City Fine Arts Association; Mr. Huynh Dinh Quoc Thien - Director of the Da Nang Museum, along with painters, sculptors and art lovers.

The exhibition showcases 43 works by 36 painters and sculptors from Da Nang city, ranging from experienced artists who have made significant contributions to the country's fine arts to promising young artists. Each work expresses a unique perspective of the artist, reflecting the beauty of the people, historical and cultural relics, architectural works, festivals, and scenic spots of the city. Through the language of art, everything is vividly and emotionally recreated, creating a multifaceted picture that subtly reflects the 51-year development and aspirations of our hometown city.
