Mobile legal aid, guiding people to do land procedures online

This activity is part of the mobile legal aid plan for 2025, aiming to continue implementing the model of "People-friendly government, by the people, for the people", promoting digital transformation and improving the effectiveness of administrative procedure reform in the land sector.

People consult and explain legal regulations related to land procedures

At the meeting, people were consulted and explained about legal regulations related to procedures for land use rights registration, land division, cadastral map measurement and instructions on implementing online public services on the National Public Service Portal. Eligible applications were also received directly on the spot.

The activity not only helps people better understand the legal process, but also creates conditions for them to proactively and transparently carry out procedures. Thereby, the authorities also promptly record practical difficulties and obstacles to have appropriate measures to improve policies and procedures.

According to the plan, in the coming time, the mobile legal aid program will continue to take place in other localities throughout the province.
