According to VPBank 's personnel change announcement, Ms. Kim Ly Huyen is a suitable person, meeting the standards and conditions to be a member of the Board of Supervisors according to the provisions of law and the bank's Charter.

The appointment of Ms. Kim Ly Huyen is effective from December 26, 2022, with a term of appointment of 3 years, until 2025. Ms. Huyen has a Master's degree - Banking and Finance from ESCP Europe and Paris Dauphine University, France. At the same time, she also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, majoring in economic law, from Hanoi Law University. Before taking on the new position, Ms. Huyen was a full-time member of VPBank's Supervisory Board since 2019. She also held the position of Head of Internal Audit of the bank from 2011 to December 26, 2022. Before that, she had worked in many positions at the bank since 1999. VPBank said that during her work, Ms. Huyen updated her knowledge and international standards on risk management and internal audit. With her expertise, extensive experience and understanding of risk management issues, in her new position, Ms. Huyen is expected to make many contributions to the bank's governance to ensure VPBank's strong and sustainable development.
