Lao Chai Village (Y Ty): Installing lighting lines and repairing water sources with a total value of more than 200 million VND

The solar lighting project and water source renovation of Lao Chai village have just been completed, with a total value of more than 200 million VND, contributing to improving the quality of life for local people.

Recently, Lao Chai village, Y Ty commune used the village fund to install a solar lighting system with 65 bulbs along the village road and inter-family roads, with a total length of over 3 km. The cost of purchasing and installing the lamp posts was over 162 million VND.

The lighting system helps people move safely at night and contributes to ensuring security and order.

Along with that, Lao Chai village called for socialization of 40 million VND to repair the clean water source shared by the whole village.

Currently, Lao Chai village has 138 households, most of whom are Ha Nhi ethnic people. Lao Chai is also one of two villages in Y Ty commune planned for community tourism development.
