From a single-disciplinary training unit in the medical field, the school has developed multidisciplinary training in logistics to meet the training requirements of human resources in the military logistics sector in the new period. The academy trains general practitioners, nursing colleges, logistics, finance, company medical staff... after graduation, they will take on the duties of company medical staff, battalion medical staff, hospital nurses, cooks, and financial staff of units.
Faced with new requirements and tasks, the school focuses on leading and directing the building of a team of cadres and lecturers that is sufficient in quantity, good in quality, meets standards in professional qualifications, pedagogical skills, and practical capacity. At the same time, it always attaches importance to "Teaching people" and "Teaching medical ethics" to students. The school identifies "Improving the quality of training and scientific research" as one of three breakthroughs to continue to maintain and ensure quality according to the output standards of each subject of the logistics industry.
