Tuition fees for 2024 are determined according to Government Decree 81 of 2021 and Decree 97 of 2023, which sets a ceiling for non-financially autonomous public universities at VND 1.2 - 2.45 million per month depending on the major. Autonomous universities can charge tuition fees up to 2.5 times higher than the ceiling and independently determine tuition fees for accredited programs.

Parents and new students register for enrollment and pay tuition fees at the beginning of the academic year.

According to Circular No. 9 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, universities must publicly disclose tuition fees.
