Each audience member is entitled to receive a maximum of 2 tickets, provided that they are Vietnamese citizens aged 14 or older, and bring their original ID card for verification. Ticket recipients will have to queue, present their documents to avoid duplicate information, and have their tickets checked at the counter. The organizers request that tickets are not to be sold or transferred in any form; in case of detecting violations, the unit has the right to refuse to issue tickets. Tickets will also not be reissued if lost or damaged.

According to the organizers, after the announcement of the temporary suspension of ticket sales on August 20 on some social networking sites, some audiences posted questions about buying tickets. "Ticket brokers" took advantage of this to sell tickets at high prices. To avoid being taken advantage of, the organizers ask audiences to be vigilant and absolutely not to buy or sell tickets from unknown sources.
To ensure safety and fairness, the organizers ask the audience to maintain order, not to jostle or push, and to cooperate with security forces and volunteers during the ticket distribution process. At the same time, the audience is asked not to bring prohibited items, not to gather outside the designated area, and to follow the instructions of the organizers.
