The performances of the artists with ca tru, poetry recitation, poetry reading... successfully presented the works of poets of many generations such as: Tay Ho Hoai Co by Nguyen Cong Tru, Xuan Rain by Nguyen Binh, Tien Xuan by Huu Thinh, Hoa Phuong by Bang Viet, With Poetry by Vu Quan Phuong, Dau Xuan Muc Tra Cung Ban by Tran Dang Khoa, Lam Xanh by Tran Gia Thai, Dao Son Ca by Le Canh Nhac.
In their creative performance, the poets of Hanoi capital impressively performed the poems: Warm Spring by Nguyen Viet Chien, Fairy by Nguyen Linh Khieu, Brother and Sister by Nguyen Thi Mai, and Street by Tran Kim Hoa.
After the main program, Hanoi Poetry Day was bustling with Poetry Performance competitions by poets of the Hanoi Writers Association and Poetry Exhibition competitions by the Capital's Poetry Clubs.
Hanoi Poetry Day 2024 will be broadcast live on Channel 1, Hanoi Radio and Television Station.
As planned, the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day in 2024 with the theme "Harmony of the Country" will take place at Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Hanoi) on February 23 and 24, 2024 (ie January 14 and 15, Giap Thin year 2024).
From February 23, the public can start visiting the Memory House, Poetry Street, participating in the Poetry Quiz game; exchange sessions introducing authors and works of young poets; famous poets; activities of some poetry clubs in Poetry Shops arranged by the organizing committee. On the 15th day of the first lunar month (February 24), the main events of the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day will take place.
Poet Nguyen Quang Thieu, Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association , said that the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day this year is organized to introduce to the public the precious poetic heritages in the poetry treasure of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups and typical works of ethnic poets or works written about nature, land, and people of the Vietnamese ethnic groups on the beloved S-shaped land.
