Recently, singer Tung Duong shared about his "Phoenix Wings" project, released over two years ago. In the post, the singer stated that he and his team incorporated cultural symbols such as the Lac bird, bronze drums, and phoenix into the music video using modern visual language and digital effects.
Tung Duong emphasized that the exploration of national cultural elements does not stem from a trend but from the belief that the treasure trove of Vietnamese and Eastern culture still holds many values that need to be discovered , preserved, and recreated from a contemporary perspective. According to him, what is valuable is not which artist or team uses cultural symbols first, but how those values are more widely disseminated in artistic life.

Because ultimately, what's valuable isn't which team tackles it first, but that those values are spreading more and more strongly in today's art life. What remains after each work is not how the images appear, but the love and respect the artist has for their own culture," Tung Duong wrote.
