The Provincial People's Committee requests agencies and units to coordinate in disseminating and propagating promptly, fully, regularly, continuously, in many diverse and practical forms, in conjunction with the roadmap for implementing the goals and tasks of state administrative reform in 2025 of the Government and the progress of implementing tasks according to the Quang Nam Provincial Administrative Reform Work Plan in 2025.

Fully disseminate administrative reform contents at agencies, units and localities under their management; select appropriate content and forms of propaganda to ensure effectiveness; pay attention to disseminating new models, good, creative and effective practices in administrative reform for replication, ensuring the most favorable conditions for people and businesses.

Administrative reform must contribute to the successful implementation of the 2025 working theme of Quang Nam province directed by the Provincial Party Committee, which is "Resolutely implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organization and apparatus; promoting economic growth and digital transformation; combating waste; successfully organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" and completing the target of double-digit economic growth in 2025.

The propaganda content focuses on the situation, results and effectiveness of the implementation of civil service reform, especially the new regulations and reform policies issued by the Government and the Prime Minister . The work of perfecting the institution and the effectiveness of implementing regulations on job positions of civil servants and public employees; the situation of implementing discipline and administrative discipline of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in performing public duties.

Results and effectiveness of the implementation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures; the situation of handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment; receiving dossiers and returning results of handling administrative procedures via public postal services; the situation of building and upgrading the Information System for handling administrative procedures; the effectiveness of operating the Public Service Portal in handling online public services, online payments, etc.

Propaganda, commendation, and active dissemination of typical advanced collectives and individuals with good, creative, and effective models and initiatives in performing tasks related to administrative reform at agencies, units, and localities in the province. In addition, it also criticizes collectives and individuals who are not good at performing tasks related to administrative reform.
