Accordingly, this place is widely known as "Ha Ton Quyen Dumpling Street," always attracting many diners to enjoy the cuisine. The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of District 11 introduced it as a culinary destination for groups of friends, families, for light afternoon or late-night snacks, whether eaten on-site or taken away, and it is chosen by a large number of people in Ho Chi Minh City.

District 11 leaders stated that, stemming from initial difficulties such as the lack of a central coordinating body leading to food vendors occupying sidewalks and aggressively soliciting customers, affecting security and order in the area, the local government has resolutely decided to develop the food business area on Ha Ton Quyen Street into the Ha Ton Quyen Food Street with a centralized, self-managed management model, operating with the goal of civility, food safety and hygiene, and strict adherence to state management regulations.

He was surprised by the large number of people who flocked there tonight.

As usual, the customer confided that he had stopped by his favorite dumpling shop and ordered a serving. It's been his go-to spot whenever he craves dumplings; he's been eating here for 7-8 years, usually visiting 4-5 times a month.
