Generative AI applications in work processing

In order to practically and effectively apply information technology to actual work in the general trend, Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee has just organized a training conference on applying artificial intelligence in work processing for cadres, leaders and specialists of agencies, departments, branches, the Fatherland Front, city organizations and Party Committees of 14 wards.

At the conference, the trainees were trained by the presenter on 6 specialized topics, including: Overview of AI and AI Chatbot; instructions on using ChatGPT; effective Prompt writing skills; applying AI in specific administrative tasks; using NotebookLM to summarize and organize documents; ethics and security when using AI.

In addition to information and knowledge, students are also guided in operations and practices when using AI applications on computers and smartphones to serve their work creatively and effectively.
