AI applications in task processing.

In order to practically and effectively apply information technology to work in line with the general trend, the Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee recently organized a training conference on the application of AI in work processing for officials, leaders, and specialists of agencies, departments, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations of the city, and the Party Committees of 14 wards.

At the conference, participants received training from speakers on six specialized topics, including: an overview of AI and AI chatbots; guidance on using ChatGPT; effective prompt writing skills; applications of AI in specific administrative tasks; using NotebookLM to summarize and organize documents; and ethics and security when using AI.

In addition to information and knowledge, trainees are also guided on how to use AI applications on computers and smartphones to work creatively and efficiently.
