During the high school entrance exam period from May 30th to 31st, the "Exam Support Program" provided over 750 gift packages containing drinks, milk, and biscuits to exam candidates. The total cost of this support was approximately 15 million VND, raised through social contributions and the joint efforts of organizations and individuals in the area.

According to Vu Van Thanh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ung Thien commune, the "Supporting Students During Exams" program was launched with the desire to encourage and create the most favorable conditions for students to confidently take the exams. In particular, the program aims to support disadvantaged students, those living far away, or those facing difficulties during the exam process.

"We hope that each gift, though not of great monetary value, reflects the care and sharing of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and the entire society towards the students. This also serves as a source of encouragement for them to be confident, calm, and to best utilize their abilities in the exam," Mr. Vu Van Thanh shared.

To ensure the program's effective implementation, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune closely coordinated with the Red Cross Society, the Youth Union, the Women's Union, the Farmers' Association, the Veterans' Association, and schools in the area to develop a detailed plan and assign specific tasks to each unit.

In this effort, the Youth Union of the commune mobilized volunteers to guide candidates, assist with traffic management, and disseminate necessary information related to the exam. The commune's Red Cross Society mobilized resources and prepared essential supplies for the program. Other organizations actively participated in providing logistical support, ensuring the most favorable conditions for candidates and parents.

For many years, the "Supporting Students During Exam Season" campaign has become a program with profound humanitarian significance, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual support and community responsibility among young people.
