Nguyen's family situation is very bleak. She herself suffered a traumatic brain injury after a traffic accident a few years ago. When her health became more stable, she went to sell goods at the market but only earned a few tens of thousands of dong a day.
Nguyen's husband has had a stroke since 2 years, and is now unable to walk. Her son is over 30 years old this year, but he is not lucid and cannot work. The daughter was found to have white lung disease, heart failure, and diabetes when she was 6 months pregnant.
In order to share difficulties with Mrs. Nguyen's family, Thai Nguyen Tu Tam Agricultural Products Association and benefactors in Tan Thanh ward have called and mobilized for help. After 2 days of posting, calling for many people to sympathize, share and help with the total amount of over 114 million VND (the Tu Tam Agricultural Products Association alone supported 46,9 million VND). With this money, charities and benefactors agreed to give Mrs. Nguyen's family a savings book worth 1 million VND, the rest of the money was also given directly to the family.
