Attending the meeting were: General Luong Cuong, Politburo member, Chairman of the General Department of Politics; Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department; members of the Party Central Committee: Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister; Le Hoai Trung, Head of the Central Committee for External Relations; Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Vice Chairman of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; Do Tien Sy, General Director of Radio Voice of Vietnam; Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 5; Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, Commander of the Navy; The members of the Party Central Committee are the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the provinces: Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen.
Attending were many leaders of coastal cities and provinces; Ministries, departments and branches of the Central Government and Khanh Hoa province; along with 1.500 people from the navy, border guard, coast guard, fishermen, youth and students in Khanh Hoa province.
This is a national artistic political program conducted in Khanh Hoa province - the center of tourism and marine economy, affirming that Vietnam is a maritime country with eternal aspirations to conquer the sea and prosper from the sea. sea and maintain peace at sea, in order to forge the spirit of pride and national pride, the determination to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; raise awareness of preserving and promoting the diverse potentials of Vietnam's seas and islands.
The background of the program is the wharf as the main stage, along with a number of ships of the Navy, the Coast Guard... opening up many dimensions. The connection between the stage on the jetty and the stage on the ship will create a vivid and impressive 3D stage space.

The program consists of 3 main emotional circuits with the following topics: "Consciousness of the sea"; “Vietnam aims to get rich from the sea”; "Vietnam is strong towards the sea".
The content of the "Consciousness of the Sea" section highlights the deep sea-loving spirit of the Vietnamese people through stories, musical performances, photos, and actual reportage. From the vision of marine economic development, after 5 years of implementing Resolution 36, the marine economy has made an important contribution to the national economy.
The second part, "Vietnam towards riches from the sea", summarizes a general picture of Vietnam's marine economy through close but profound and meaningful stories. It is the story of sustainable green economic development at sea; on green energy transition; or the issue of green tourism development has achieved many successes.
The third part, "Vietnam towards a strong sea" is the story about the desire to master the sea, strong in the sea, about the dreams of our generation of Vietnamese people on the journey to explore the sea. Stories about the journey to build the Vietnam People's Navy and the image of fishermen sticking to the sea became an important line of defense to protect the country's sovereignty over sea and islands.
