Building upon the spirit of the Great Victory of Spring 1975, our country has overcome numerous challenges and achieved tremendous, historically significant accomplishments in the process of reform. In recent years, despite the complex and unpredictable changes in the international and regional context, under the leadership of the Party, the flexible management of the State, and the unity of the entire people, both domestically and internationally, Vietnam has remained steadfast in its development. The economy , society, culture, science and technology, education, and healthcare have made significant progress; people's lives have continuously improved; and its international standing has been increasingly affirmed. It can be asserted that never before has our country possessed such a foundation, potential, position, and confidence as it does today. These achievements stem from the strength of national unity, the correct policies of the Party, and social consensus. This is a worthy continuation of the heroic spirit of April 30th, a testament to the indomitable vitality of the Vietnamese nation.
