Westlife - The Hits Tour 2024 (With Love Tour Hanoi 2024) will take place on June 4-5, 2024 at the Hanoi Athletics Stadium. Tickets officially went on sale at 12 PM on May 13th.
According to Giao Thong Newspaper, after more than an hour of going on sale, the discounted tickets in CAT 6 (1.2 million VND) and CAT 7 (850,000 VND) - the areas furthest from the grandstand for both nights' performances - were quickly sold out.
However, the ticket sales session did not experience any overload, despite thousands of people accessing the official ticket website simultaneously.
On Ticketbox.vn, tickets for the concert are still available (sold out). Approximately one-quarter of the seats in Category CAT 5 (1.8 million VND) are still empty. There are also quite a few seats available in Category CAT 1, 2, 3, and 4, priced between 2.2 and 5 million VND.
Although tickets haven't sold out on the website yet, the online (black market) for reselling Westlife concert tickets is still thriving on social media.
Tickets for the Westlife concert in Hanoi are being widely resold on social media.
According to Giao Thong Newspaper, nearly a dozen groups and forums for exchanging Westlife - The Hits Tour 2024 tickets in Hanoi have been created on social media. One group has attracted up to 34,000 members.
On various social media groups, many accounts are updating posts offering to resell tickets at the original price or with a markup of 50,000-300,000 VND. However, the rate of ticket sales on the black market is quite slow.
Given the rampant black market for tickets, Westlife fans are also warning the online community to be cautious when buying resold tickets to avoid being scammed.
