The VFF App is built on three pillars: national aspiration, global technology and fan experience. The goal of the app is to become a direct, instant and emotional bridge between the national teams and the Vietnamese fan community, providing a unified digital platform where fans can interact, update information and accompany the country's football.
The app includes many user-oriented features. Among them, the Membership feature allows fans to register to become official members of the Vietnam Football Federation community, unlock personalized experiences, get priority to participate in special events and receive certification as part of the "common home".
Exclusive News & Content section provides instant updates on national teams, behind-the-scenes videos , interviews and members-only newsletters.

In addition, the reward mechanism system helps users accumulate points to redeem gifts, vouchers or incentives from sponsors; while mini-games and voting for the best player of the match help fans interact directly with the matches. According to the Organizing Committee, these features aim to create a lively digital space, connecting fans not only with the team but also with the entire Vietnamese football ecosystem.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of the Vietnam Football Federation, said that the deployment of the VFF App is "an important step in the process of media innovation associated with digital transformation of Vietnamese football.
“The application will create a modern digital space where fans can connect, accompany and contribute to creating more motivation for national teams to conquer higher goals,” said Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien.
Representative of the development partner, Mr. Samuel Arnald, General Director of Fanzeal International, expressed his pride in accompanying the Vietnam Football Federation in building a “digital home” for Vietnamese fans. He affirmed that Fanzeal wants to bring Vietnamese football a new interactive platform, helping to increase the level of connection between the team and fans, and at the same time expand the influence of Vietnamese football in the region.
From an international cooperation perspective, Mr. Oscar Staffas Edström, representative of the Swedish Embassy in Vietnam, assessed this project as “a testament to the growing relationship between Vietnam and Sweden”, demonstrating effective cooperation between Swedish technology companies and Vietnamese sports organizations. He expected the VFF App to “elevate the football experience of Vietnamese fans to a new level”.

Representative of Visa Vietnam and Laos, Mr. Luca Guidobaldi said that Visa will continue to accompany the Vietnam Football Federation to bring convenient, safe and innovative technology experiences to users, thereby contributing to building a vibrant and sustainable football ecosystem in Vietnam.
The launch event was marked by an application activation ceremony on the LED screen. On this occasion, the Vietnam Football Federation and the Swedish Embassy also presented the Vietnam national team jersey as a symbol of bilateral friendship and cooperation.
From today, fans can download the VFF App on the App Store and Google Play to join the official football community, follow live news, watch exclusive content and directly accompany the Vietnamese national teams.
The launch of the VFF App by the Vietnam Football Federation marks a turning point in the digital transformation strategy of Vietnamese football, from the approach to fans to information and communication management. In a context where technology is reshaping the way tournaments and teams interact with the public, this new platform is expected to help Vietnamese football move closer to a professional and modern model, while strengthening the strong relationship between fans and the national team.
