VIMC General Director Nguyen Canh Tinh presented a donation of 1 billion VND to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Cao Bang province.

At the ceremony honoring and awarding the "For the Cause of Building and Developing Cao Bang Province" badge to Comrade Tran Hong Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Minister of Transport , and former Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, General Director Nguyen Canh Tinh, on behalf of VIMC, presented 1 billion VND to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Cao Bang province. This is a practical action aimed at improving housing conditions, helping people have more solid and safe homes, and gradually eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses – a constant worry for many families during the rainy season. General Director Nguyen Canh Tinh shared: “We understand that a solid roof is not only a place to shelter from the rain and sun, but also a foundation for families to stabilize their lives and rise out of poverty. VIMC is committed to accompanying the government and people of Cao Bang province in social welfare programs, contributing to building a better life for the people.”

The VIMC delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to households in two resettlement areas: Tong Nga hamlet, The Duc commune and Quang Thuong hamlet, Quang Thanh commune, Nguyen Binh district.

As part of the program, the VIMC delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to families in two resettlement areas funded by VIMC in Tong Nga hamlet, The Duc commune and Quang Thuong hamlet, Quang Thanh commune, Nguyen Binh district. These are new resettlement areas built to meet the housing needs of families severely affected by typhoon No. 3.

Here, the delegation presented Tet gifts including essential goods and cash, offering practical support and sharing to help families celebrate the Lunar New Year more fully. These gifts, though small, contained the affection and care of the entire VIMC staff.

On behalf of the delegation, General Director Nguyen Canh Tinh extended New Year greetings and words of encouragement to the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Nguyen Binh district. General Director Nguyen Canh Tinh emphasized that VIMC will continue to work alongside local authorities at all levels, businesses, and organizations in supporting the people of Nguyen Binh district in particular and Cao Bang province in general, especially in the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and caring for disadvantaged families and families entitled to preferential policies.

This charitable program is one of many social activities that VIMC has been implementing throughout the country. With the motto "sustainable development with the community," VIMC not only focuses on production and business activities but also always prioritizes social responsibility, especially in the field of social welfare and supporting people in disadvantaged areas. VIMC will continue to cooperate with local authorities and social organizations to implement more meaningful programs in the future, contributing to improving the lives of people, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority regions.
