On March 23, 2024, Vinh Long province will hold a conference to announce the Planning and promote investment in agriculture , trade and tourism in Vinh Long province.

Accordingly, the province organized a conference to announce the Vinh Long Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1759/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2023 to provide basic information on the development orientation of the province's sectors and fields; at the same time, enhance the role and awareness of all levels, sectors, business communities and people in organizing the implementation and monitoring of the planning.

In addition, combine introducing and promoting the potentials, advantages, and development orientations of the province; calling for attracting large investment resources, modern and advanced technology from domestic and foreign investors to invest in the province, promoting local socio-economic development to ensure rapid and sustainable development.

At this Conference, Vinh Long province will present investment policy decisions, investment registration certificates, and memorandums of understanding/cooperation agreements to representatives of businesses and investors.

At the same time, within the framework of the Provincial Conference, an exhibition space for Vinh Long Provincial Planning was organized, including the display and exhibition of the system of diagrams and maps of Vinh Long Provincial Planning.

Organize booths to display and introduce typical products, typical rural industrial products; OCOP products, typical local agricultural products; display and exhibit paintings and art photos to introduce tourist attractions, typical and outstanding tourism products of the province, in order to create conditions for businesses and investors to connect, trade, meet and seek opportunities for cooperation and development.
