Vinpearl earns an average profit of over 1.8 billion VND per day.

Last year, Vinpearl Joint Stock Company earned a net profit of 670 billion VND, equivalent to an average of over 1.8 billion VND per day.

This information was provided by Vinpearl in a recent report submitted to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HXN).

As of December 31st, Vinpearl's equity increased by approximately 57% compared to the end of 2022, reaching over VND 13,316 billion. The company's liabilities amounted to nearly VND 30,760 billion, a decrease of over 35%. Of this, the company's bond debt decreased by nearly 21%, to approximately VND 12,500 billion.

In 2023, Vinpearl achieved a net profit of VND 670 billion, equivalent to an average of VND 1.83 billion per day. This was the second consecutive profitable year for the company after a period of heavy losses due to the impact of the pandemic. However, Vinpearl's profit last year decreased by more than 80% compared to 2022.

Vinpearl is one of the leading tourism and resort service brands in the domestic market. The company once had 45 Vinpearl-branded properties in 17 provinces and cities. Currently, according to information published on its website, Vinpearl has 10 hotel and resort complexes in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Hoi An, and Quang Ninh.

Late last year, Vingroup Corporation passed a resolution regarding the separation of Vinpearl and the establishment of a new company to restructure the operations of its subsidiaries and optimize business performance. Vingroup plans to establish the new company, Ngoc Viet Trading and Business Joint Stock Company, in which the corporation will contribute 99.96% of the charter capital.
