(Photo: Nguyen Sach) The Nine-Chamber Temple is a harmonious blend of architectural features characteristic of the Thai ethnic group. It has two staircases, each with nine steps. Inside the temple, the interior layout varies depending on the chambers. The main chamber is dedicated to worshipping Heaven (Pọ Phà), the daughter of Heaven (Náng Xỉ Đà), and the person who contributed to the founding of the village (Tạo Ló Ỳ). At the Nine-Compartment Temple Festival, visitors can enjoy solemn ceremonies such as the opening ceremony, the announcement ceremony, the buffalo bathing ceremony and procession, the buffalo sacrifice ceremony, the grand sacrifice ceremony, the opening ceremony, and the thanksgiving ceremony, all reflecting the rich cultural identity of the Thai ethnic group in the western part of Nghe An province.
