Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of Naval Region 2 and Party committees of agencies and units have focused on leading, directing and effectively implementing Resolution 35 of the Politburo .

The work of political and ideological education , propaganda, raising awareness for cadres, party members and the masses about the role and importance of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views has been carried out by party committees at all levels with diverse and effective contents and forms. The coordination between forces, agencies and units in fighting against erroneous and hostile views on the internet and social networks is increasingly smooth and tight. Thereby, preventing and repelling the "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" plots of hostile forces, always maintaining political, ideological and organizational stability, cadres and soldiers with steadfast political will, absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people.

Effective implementation of Resolution No. 35 has contributed to creating unity and consensus among cadres, party members and the masses, maintaining the ideological position in the entire Region, contributing to building a clean and strong Regional Party Committee, a comprehensively strong "exemplary" unit, always completing assigned tasks well, firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea, islands and continental shelf of the Fatherland.

At the conference, members of the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of Naval Region 2 exchanged some experiences, good and effective practices, and key tasks and solutions in the coming time to continue promoting the role of agencies and units in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against hostile and erroneous viewpoints, and meeting the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period.

Colonel Vu Anh Tuan presented awards to individuals with good achievements in implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Vu Anh Tuan requested agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp, deploy and effectively implement Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo, concretize the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in the regular resolution; promote the role of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members as the core in directing and organizing the fight against erroneous, hostile and opportunistic political views. Strengthen political and ideological education and propaganda for cadres, Party members, soldiers and people to clearly understand the sophisticated and sinister plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces; clearly identify the targets and partners in the new situation. Do a good job of summarizing and drawing lessons, promptly praising, rewarding and spreading advanced models, good people and good deeds, and sharing good practices in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views. Contribute to maintaining the ideological battlefield, enhancing the overall strength and fighting power of party organizations, and continuing to successfully implement the goals set forth in Resolution 35 of the Politburo.

At the conference, the Party Committee and Command of Region 2 awarded prizes to 11 individuals with good achievements in implementing Resolution 35 of the Politburo for the 2018-2023 period.
