On the morning of May 29th, the Vietnamese Student Association of Hanoi Metropolitan University, in collaboration with the Information, Library and Learning Resources Center, organized the second season of the "Leadership Training – Leadership in the Digital Age" workshop for affiliated clubs, combined with an introduction and guidance on utilizing the university's digital database. The program attracted a large number of faculty members, representatives from various departments, and students from affiliated clubs.
Attending the program were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Tien Thang, Director of the Information, Consulting & Training Center; Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen, President of the Vietnam Student Association of Hanoi Capital University; along with leaders of various units; staff; lecturers; and students from affiliated clubs.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Vice Rector of the University, delivered a speech at the program.
Speaking at the program, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Vice Rector of the University, emphasized the important role of clubs in building a comprehensive educational environment where students not only learn specialized knowledge but also develop skills, confidence, and a sense of responsibility. He affirmed that the University will always pay attention to, support, and create conditions for clubs to maximize their role in student life.
The professor also expressed his hope that each student would represent the image of Hanoi Metropolitan University as a dynamic, intellectual, and responsible institution; and that each club would be a "piece" contributing to the unique identity, vitality, and spirit of solidarity of HNMU's youth in the new era.
The workshop not only provides knowledge and skills in leadership, management, and club operation in a digital environment, but also opens up opportunities for clubs to network, share experiences, and spread the creative and proactive spirit of HNMU students.



The network of student clubs at Hanoi Metropolitan University has officially launched with the participation of 36 affiliated clubs.
In particular, the program marks the launch of the Hanoi Metropolitan University Student Club Network – a significant milestone in the journey of building a dynamic, cohesive, and sustainably developing student environment. With their unique characteristics, the clubs will together create a shared community rich in enthusiasm, responsibility, and a desire to contribute.


The student club's exhibition booths attracted a large number of delegates, faculty, and students who came to visit and learn more.
One of the highlights of the program was the tour of the exhibition spaces of 36 clubs, teams, and groups affiliated with Hanoi Metropolitan University. Each booth had its own unique character, reflecting the field of activity, outstanding achievements, and distinctive identity of each club. From academics, arts, skills, volunteering to media and entrepreneurship, the units presented creative, lively, and inspiring presentations. The interactive space provided an opportunity for students to learn more about the activities of the clubs, while also expanding opportunities for networking, collaboration, and participation in activities that suit their interests and abilities.

In addition, activities introducing and guiding students on how to utilize digital document databases also provide them with many essential skills for learning, research, and developing self-learning abilities in a modern educational environment.
The launch of the Student Club Network and the "Leadership Training – Leadership in the Digital Age" Workshop not only contributes to enhancing the capacity of student staff but also affirms Hanoi Metropolitan University's commitment to the holistic development of its learners. Through practical activities, HNMU is gradually building a modern and dynamic educational environment where students are given opportunities to develop leadership skills, professional skills, and the ability to adapt to the new demands of society in the digital age.
