Phu Nghia Commune carefully prepares for the first Congress after the merger: Affirming the development vision in the new era

HNP - The first Congress of Phu Nghia Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will be held on August 8-9 at the People's Council - People's Committee Hall of Phu Nghia Commune. The Congress will have 165 delegates attending, representing 1,676 Party members in the entire Commune Party Committee.

The Congress is a particularly important political event, marking a new development stage of the Party Committee, government and people in the commune, after completing the merger of 06 administrative units and coming into operation under the 2-level local government model from July 1, 2025.

The Congress has the task of reviewing and evaluating the implementation results of the goals and tasks of the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term of the Party Committees before the merger; deciding on the goals, directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, with a vision to 2045; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 18th City Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

The theme of the Congress: "Promoting revolutionary traditions, cultural identity and the strength of the times; arousing the desire for development, the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity and humanity; building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; developing Phu Nghia into a modern, green and smart industrial - service - craft village center".

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress has a particularly important meaning, guiding the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of Phu Nghia commune to promote revolutionary traditions, solidarity spirit, aspiration for innovation, creativity, and mobilize combined strength. for the breakthrough development of Phu Nghia commune in the new era.

In order to prepare for the important event of Phu Nghia Commune Party Committee, in the past time, along with directing the implementation of tasks of arranging and operating the 2-level local government apparatus, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee has actively directed and deployed the preparation work for organizing the Congress in a methodical, scientific and urgent manner.

Immediately after the two-level local government officially operated and came into operation, on July 1, 2025, the Standing Committee of Phu Nghia Commune Party Committee established 04 Sub-committees to serve the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including: Document Sub-committee, Personnel Sub-committee, Propaganda - Celebration Sub-committee and Service Sub-committee.

In line with Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo (term XIII); Plan No. 329-KH/TU, dated May 15, 2025 of the Hanoi Party Committee; Plan to organize Congresses of Party Committees and Party Cells towards the 1st Congress of Phu Nghia Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, in the past time, the 04 Sub-committees have urgently deployed their tasks with the highest sense of responsibility. Therefore, the preparation work for the Commune Party Congress basically ensured the right progress and requirements. The work of drafting the Congress Documents was carried out very urgently and the draft Political Report of the Congress has been completed so far. The Commune Party Committee also held a conference to seek opinions from former key leaders of Chuong My district and former key leaders of 06 communes: Truong Yen, Trung Hoa, Thanh Binh, Phu Nghia, Dong Son, Dong Phuong Yen (before the administrative unit arrangement).
