Vinh Thuan commune held an inauguration ceremony for the Vietnam-Australia Bridge 72.

On June 2nd, the People's Committee of Vinh Thuan commune (An Giang province), together with the sponsoring unit, held the inauguration ceremony for the Vietnam-Australia Bridge 72 in Kenh 3 hamlet, Vinh Thuan commune.

Representatives cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Vietnam-Australia Bridge 72.

The Vietnam-Australia Bridge 72 is 27m long, 2.5m wide, and has a load capacity of 1.5 tons; the total construction cost of the bridge was over 175 million VND, funded through fundraising efforts by the Journey of Love Charity Association of Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnam Foundation Australia.

Representatives from the sponsoring organization presented gifts to the students.

On this occasion, the sponsoring organization donated 20 gift packages to disadvantaged students in Kenh 3 hamlet, each worth 300,000 VND.
