Not stopping there, the woman continued to hit the child, kicking him in the back, causing him to fall headfirst onto the mattress.

According to the Ham Thuan Bac District People's Committee, after receiving the information, the local authorities directed the district police to investigate the incident.

Initially, relevant authorities determined that the incident occurred at noon on September 16th. At that time, a girl named TKQ (born in 2023) from Ham Phu commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, was being cared for by her family at the HM private daycare group, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kh.

Ms. Kh. claimed that her grandchild Q. was being disruptive and refused to take a nap, so she and Ms. Pham Van Anh Tr. (30 years old) used their hands to hit the child on the back, arms, and head.
