Verifying the case of a principal in debt, having creditors come to the school to 'disrupt' him

On June 1, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Linh District ( Quang Tri ) verified the content of the petition reflecting that some creditors frequently went to Trung Nam Kindergarten No. 2 (Trung Nam Commune, Vinh Linh District) to collect debts and cause trouble.

According to the petition, recently, some creditors have frequently entered Trung Nam Kindergarten No. 2 to collect debts, causing disturbances, shouting and scuffling with school staff, and posting debt collection notices on the school bulletin board. The creditors have also threatened to make staff and teachers worried, and parents insecure about their own safety and the safety of their students when going to school.

According to the petition, despite such an unusual incident, the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union covered up and tolerated each other...

After receiving the complaint, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Linh District organized a working group to verify. Through working with Ms. NTX, Principal, President of the Trade Union of Trung Nam Kindergarten No. 2, and teachers and staff, along with evidence, the working group determined that Ms. X. had borrowed money from some people outside to do business.

Among those the principal borrowed money from was Ms. S. (residing in Ho Xa Town, Vinh Linh District). Recently, Ms. S. came to the school several times to meet Ms. X. to collect the debt, but there was no disturbance or threat to anyone.

Therefore, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Linh District also determined that there was no basis and foundation to determine that the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board of the Trade Union had covered up or tolerated each other; there were no signs of teachers being worried or parents being insecure about their own safety and the safety of their students when going to school, and the school's educational activities were taking place normally.

However, the Vinh Linh District Department of Education and Training requested Ms. X. not to bring her personal case into the school grounds, as it would affect the educational environment. In addition, the school needs to report the incident to local authorities to ensure security and order.
