Construction of the project "Beautiful school for children" in Pu Hong

Representative of the sponsoring unit awarded funding to support the construction of "Beautiful School for Children" for Pu Hong Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

The Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Center to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Beautiful School for Children” project at Huoi Den school, Pu Hong Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Pu Hong Commune, Dien Bien Dong District). The project includes 1 classroom, 1 office room, built in the form of 3 hard, brick walls, concrete columns, fake wood ceiling, corrugated iron roof, tiled floor. All rooms are fully equipped with lighting systems, fans and equipment such as tables, chairs, cabinets, boards, etc. The total construction cost of the project is 280 million VND, sponsored by Kim Nguu Chemical and Equipment Import-Export Company (VietChem) and the Strength 2000 Project.

Representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien Dong district and the sponsoring unit started the construction of "Beautiful School for Children" at Huoi Den Primary School.

The project is expected to be completed and put into use in August 2023, before the start of the new school year. This is a very meaningful support, helping teachers and students at Huoi Den school have better teaching and learning conditions, ensuring safety and peace of mind when going to school.
