Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong congratulates Buddha's birthday

Dien Bien TV - On the occasion of the 2569th Buddha's Birthday and the 2025 Summer Retreat, on the morning of May 5, Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and congratulated dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers at Linh Quang Pagoda, Thanh Nua Commune, Dien Bien District.

Also participating in the delegation were comrade Lo Van Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Mua A Vang, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; comrade Cao Thi Tuyet Lan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Dien Bien District Party Committee; comrade Lo Van Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong presented flowers and sent congratulations to dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhists to celebrate the Buddha's birthday in peace and happiness.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong presented flowers and sent congratulations to dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhists to celebrate the Buddha's birthday in peace and happiness.

The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the contributions and accompaniment of dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists to the socio -economic development and national defense and security of the locality in recent times. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dien Bien province would continue to mobilize Buddhists to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively respond to and participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building Dien Bien province more and more civilized and prosperous.
