The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the contributions and companionship of dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists to the socio -economic development and national defense and security of the locality in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dien Bien province would continue to mobilize Buddhists to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively respond to and participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building Dien Bien province to be more civilized and prosperous.
