Inspection and supervision team No. 239 worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of M'Drắk commune.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet chaired the meeting.

Inspection and supervision team No. 239 conducted inspections and supervision of the Standing Committee of the M'Drắk Commune Party Committee regarding the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and related action programs; Action Program No. 11 dated March 16, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee; Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress; tasks and solutions to ensure double-digit economic growth targets for the 2026-2030 period; and also reviewed the leadership and direction in implementing Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as strategic resolutions of the Politburo .

Comrade Ho Quang De, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, reported on the results of the inspection and supervision.

According to the report presented at the meeting, in the past period, M'Drắk commune has focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of political tasks and achieved many positive results in various fields. The commune Party Committee has connected and organized 8 conferences; 56 out of 56 subordinate Party organizations have organized the dissemination, study, and promotion of the Resolution of the Party Congress. The commune Party Committee promptly reviewed and adjusted the action program and implementation plan of the Resolution of the commune Party Congress, ensuring its conformity with the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Director of the Department of Construction Cao Dinh Huy expressed his opinion at the conference.

The leadership and guidance in implementing Resolution No. 57 and other key resolutions of the Politburo have achieved many important results in various fields. The commune has developed an action program and growth scenario, quantifying specific growth targets, annual growth roadmaps, and phased growth plans…

During the working session, the 239 Inspection and Monitoring Team discussed and pointed out the existing problems and obstacles in the locality; at the same time, they outlined solutions that need to be focused on implementing to achieve double-digit growth; effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the locality in attracting investment, increasing the value of agricultural products, and thereby increasing income for the people.

Tran Hong Vinh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of M'Drắk commune, spoke to clarify the contents at the conference.

Concluding the conference, the Head of Inspection and Supervision Team No. 239 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Party Committee Standing Committee of the commune; and at the same time requested the locality to urgently review and supplement the working regulations in a scientific and rigorous manner, promoting the principle of democratic centralism, maintaining internal unity, and clearly assigning tasks to specific individuals, with clear responsibilities.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that each cadre and Party member, especially those in leadership positions, must uphold a high sense of responsibility, focus on completely overcoming the shortcomings and limitations that have been identified, and periodically report the results to the inspection team. At the same time, they must urgently consolidate the organizational structure, assign and arrange cadres according to their abilities and strengths, ensuring transparency and openness; and strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in management and administration.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet delivered the concluding remarks at the conference.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet also requested localities to thoroughly understand the "6 clear principles"; focus on completing planning work, building scenarios for double-digit economic growth, accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital, reforming administration, improving the quality of service to people and businesses; at the same time, tightening administrative discipline and order, effectively controlling the area, maintaining national defense and security; and proactively preparing plans for rearranging villages, hamlets, and residential areas to suit practical requirements.

Regarding local proposals, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested relevant departments and agencies to review, guide, and coordinate the timely resolution of issues within their authority; issues exceeding their authority should be compiled and reported to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and guidance.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet surveyed the planned golf course area combined with resort tourism and ecotourism.

* Later that same day, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet and the delegation surveyed and inspected several key planning projects in M'Drắk commune. These included the M'Drắk Industrial Cluster planning project covering 1,350 hectares; a golf course planning area combined with resort and eco-tourism; and a construction materials mining area covering over 300 hectares.

Following a field inspection, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet suggested that the locality proactively review and refine its planning in a way that is synchronized, effectively exploits its potential and advantages, and creates momentum to promote socio-economic development and achieve double-digit growth in the coming period.
