Container truck collides with motorbike, 2 students injured and dead

(NLDO)- On the way home from school, two 10th grade students driving a motorbike collided with a container truck, killing one and injuring the other.

At about 6:40 p.m. on December 4, on National Highway 1, passing through Binh Long commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province, a serious traffic accident occurred, killing one student.

Witnesses said that at the time, the container truck driven by driver Le Dinh T. (34 years old, residing in Binh Dinh province) was traveling on National Highway 1 in the North-South direction.

When reaching Km1038+500, passing through Long Hoi village, Binh Long commune, the container truck collided with a motorbike going in the same direction (under 50cc), driven by TVD carrying TTT (both are 10th grade students, Binh Son High School).

The accident left T. dead on the spot and D. injured.

Immediately upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police of Binh Son District Police were present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
