Not only making its mark in the Vietnamese market, Xiaomi also made a strong impression when it became the only smartphone brand in Southeast Asia to achieve positive growth in the first quarter of 2025. According to data from Canalys, Xiaomi accounted for 17% of the total market share in the region, up 2% over the same period last year - a remarkable achievement in the context of the regional smartphone market showing signs of slowing down.
Xiaomi has maintained its steady performance thanks to its multi-segment product strategy: the Redmi Note 14 Series continues to be a mainstay in the mid-range, while the Xiaomi 15 Ultra creates momentum in the high-end segment. The Redmi Note 14 series continues to play a leading role, recording more than 240,000 orders in less than 3 months since its launch, demonstrating the strong appeal of the series, which stands out thanks to its stable performance, modern design, and affordable price. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra quickly "sold out" after only 9 days of going on sale, becoming an important milestone in the brand's transformation journey.
“We are proud to continue to receive the trust of Vietnamese consumers. This growth reflects our effective product development strategy, focusing on users – not only in terms of accessible prices, but also in product quality and dedicated after-sales policy,” said Mr. Patrick Chou, General Director of Xiaomi Vietnam.
