QTO - In recent times, with the pioneering spirit and responsibility of young people, the Youth Union of Nam Cua Viet commune has not only effectively implemented revolutionary action movements but also played a good role in identifying and nurturing outstanding union members to recommend to the Party for consideration of admission, contributing to building a team of young Party members with courage and enthusiasm.

According to Hoang The Hai, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Cua Viet commune, the commune's Youth Union always identifies participation in Party building as a key task of the organization. Every year, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union proactively reviews and identifies members with good moral character, high sense of responsibility, and active participation in various movements to recommend them to the Party for consideration, training, and admission.

Beyond simply introducing outstanding members, the Nam Cua Viet Commune Youth Union also focuses on creating a practical environment for its members and young people to train, challenge themselves, and mature through specific activities and movements in the locality. From January 2026 to the present, the Commune Youth Union has introduced 22 outstanding members, and all 22 have been admitted to the Party. Among them, 12 are "Party members at the age of 18".

This result not only demonstrates the efforts of the Youth Union in identifying and nurturing outstanding members, but also shows the striving spirit and determination of the local Youth Union members. Those members admitted into the Party are all exemplary individuals in their studies, work, and movements, always setting a good example and actively participating in activities initiated by the Youth Union.

To create conditions for the comprehensive training of Youth Union members, the commune's Youth Union has launched many revolutionary action movements linked to the socio -economic development tasks of the locality. Volunteer activities for the community, supporting people in digital transformation, maintaining security and order, protecting the environment, or building new rural areas all attract a large number of Youth Union members to participate.

In each activity, the Youth Union plays a guiding, connecting, and facilitating role in creating an environment for young people to develop their abilities. Youth Union members are the direct participants, demonstrating responsibility and youthful enthusiasm. Through practical activities, many members have matured in their awareness, political acumen, and sense of responsibility to the community.

Alongside action movements, the commune's Youth Union also focuses on political and ideological education . Regular thematic meetings, seminars, and study sessions on Party and Youth Union resolutions are organized to raise political awareness and educate young people on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyles.

Besides Party building work, the youth of Nam Cua Viet commune have also made their mark in the new rural development movement with many practical projects and activities. Demonstrating a spirit of initiative and volunteerism, the Youth Union members in the commune have actively participated in environmental sanitation campaigns, waste collection, planting and caring for trees, building "Bright-Green-Clean-Beautiful" roads, youth-managed roads, and "Rural Road Lighting" projects.

Furthermore, the Youth Union actively participates in providing labor support for infrastructure construction, repairing houses for disadvantaged families, beautifying residential areas, protecting the marine environment, and carrying out many other social welfare activities. Each task demonstrates the pioneering role of young people in joining hands with the local community to build a civilized life and sustainable development.

In addition to actively participating in social movements, the Youth Union also accompanies young people on their path to economic development, self-reliance, and career building. The Nam Cua Viet Commune Youth Union has coordinated with various departments, organizations, and the Trieu Phong Social Policy Bank to create opportunities for young people to access preferential loan capital. Simultaneously, they organize training, technology transfer, career counseling, and support the development of economic models suitable to the local conditions. Thanks to the Youth Union's support and the young people's willingness to think outside the box and take initiative, many effective economic models have been established.

Currently, many youth-led economic development models have emerged in the commune, yielding positive results, particularly in the fields of aquaculture, fisheries, services, and small businesses. Typical examples include the integrated VAC (Vietnamese acronym for garden, pond, and livestock) farm model of Mr. Le Ngoc Tuong and the animal feed business model of Ms. Le Hoai Nhan, both located in Le Xuyen village. These models not only help young people increase their income but also contribute to creating jobs for local workers.

Regarding future tasks, the Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Cua Viet commune, Hoang The Hai, said that the Youth Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of its activities in a practical and relevant way for young people; at the same time, it will strengthen the education of revolutionary ideals, improve the quality of grassroots Youth Union organizations, and continue to do a good job of identifying and nurturing outstanding Youth Union members to recommend to the Party.

Furthermore, the youth of Nam Cua Viet will continue to play a pioneering role in building new rural areas, digital transformation, environmental protection, maintaining security and order, and developing the local economy. Through specific movements and activities, the youth union will continue to inspire a sense of responsibility, a will to excel, and a desire to contribute among young people, helping to build a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Nam Cua Viet homeland.
