YouTuber Jake Paul challenged by 'World's Strongest Man'

Jake Paul has just received a challenge from Hafthor Bjornsson - the former holder of the title "Strongest Man on the Planet".

The challenge came after Jake Paul appeared at a press conference for his fight with Gervonta Davis. The huge difference in size between Paul and the WBA lightweight champion caused a stir on social media.

Realizing the incident, "Thor" Bjornsson - who won the "Strongest Man on Earth" contest in 2018, spoke out to criticize Jake Paul. The Icelandic athlete said that the American boxer only chose to compete with people smaller than him.

On social media site X, Bjornsson posted a provocative message aimed at the YouTuber: "Jake Paul always fights with little people. He should try to fight someone like me... and see how it goes."

Bjornsson is widely known for his role as "The Mountain" in the hit series "Game of Thrones".

The 36-year-old boxer has an impressive height of 2.06m and at one point weighed up to 205kg. He is a famous bodybuilder who once broke the world record for deadlifting 501kg.

Bjornsson also has experience in the ring. Most notably, he won against his arch-rival Eddie Hall in what was dubbed the "heaviest boxing match in history".

Meanwhile, 6ft 1in Jake Paul has built his boxing career by taking on YouTube stars, former basketball players and retired MMA fighters.

Bjornsson's challenge immediately created a stir among fans, with many expressing excitement at the prospect of witnessing a "David vs. Goliath" match, where Jake Paul would face off against a physically superior opponent for the first time.

One fan wrote: "I would definitely pay to watch this fight." "Dude, I really wish he would fight you," another commented.

Jake Paul has not officially responded to the challenge from "The Mountain" while focusing on the upcoming match.

But the challenge from one of the strongest men on the planet has certainly put more pressure and attention on Jake Paul's already controversial boxing career.
