O Primeiro-Ministro nomeou Vice-Ministro da Justiça

O primeiro-ministro Pham Minh Chinh assinou a Decisão nº 525/QD-TTg para transferir e nomear o Sr. Tran Tien Dung, presidente do Comitê Popular Provincial de Lai Chau para o mandato de 2021-2026, para ocupar o cargo de vice-ministro da Justiça .

O Sr. Tran Tien Dung nasceu em 1975, na província de Nam Dinh , onde nasceu. Mestre em Direito.

O Sr. Tran Tien Dung tem mais de 20 anos de experiência trabalhando no setor Judiciário e é um oficial de planejamento estratégico do Governo Central, tendo passado por muitos cargos, desde especialista, secretário de liderança, vice-chefe de gabinete, chefe de gabinete do Ministério e 3 anos como vice-ministro da Justiça (nomeado pelo primeiro-ministro em 2016).

De 12 de março de 2019 a junho de 2021, ocupou o cargo de Secretário Adjunto do Comitê Provincial do Partido e Presidente do Comitê Popular da província de Lai Chau. Em 19 de junho de 2021, na primeira sessão do Conselho Popular da província de Lai Chau, XV mandato, o Sr. Tran Tien Dung, Secretário Adjunto do Comitê Provincial do Partido e Presidente do Comitê Popular da província de Lai Chau para o mandato de 2016-2021, foi reeleito para o cargo de Presidente do Comitê Popular Provincial para o mandato de 2021-2026.

Assim, após um período de trabalho, o Sr. Tran Tien Dung retornou para ocupar o cargo de Vice-Ministro da Justiça.

O Primeiro-Ministro Pham Minh Chinh acaba de assinar a Decisão nº 306/QD-TTg para renomear o Camarada Dang Hoang Oanh para o cargo de Vice-Ministro da Justiça. O mandato de renomeação é a partir de 12 de abril de 2023.
