At the program, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Tay Nam emphasized: In 2025, with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) at the workplace" and "Vietnamese workers take the lead in entering a new era", the city will continue to have drastic directions on occupational safety and hygiene in the new situation to minimize occupational accidents and diseases, ensuring the safety of life and health for workers.

Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam affirmed: “With the above meaning, the Ceremony to respond to “Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene and Workers’ Month” combined with the organization of the Ba Vi District Job Consultation and Trading Session in 2025 is considered one of the important events to concretize the city’s policies and directions. It is an opportunity to convey the message of the Organizing Committee to a large number of workers and businesses in Ba Vi district in particular and neighboring localities in general about raising awareness and compliance with the law on occupational safety and hygiene, preventing occupational accidents and diseases, promoting the pioneering role of workers and businesses in the new development stage of the country”.
The ceremony to respond to the “Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Workers’ Month” took place with many meaningful activities, including awarding and commending 10 collectives that achieved the title of “Agency, unit meeting cultural standards”, presenting gifts to 15 excellent workers on the occasion of Workers’ Month, 25 children of Union members who won city-level awards… Through these activities, the Organizing Committee conveyed the message of promoting the responsibility of units in ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, as well as the responsibility of the Labor Federation, Trade Unions of agencies in caring for and ensuring the lives of workers, and caring for workers’ families in difficult circumstances.

In conjunction with the Ceremony to respond to the “Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Workers’ Month” in Ba Vi district, there is an activity of the Job Exchange and Consulting Session organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center in coordination with the Ba Vi District Department of Home Affairs, aiming to improve the operational efficiency of the Hanoi Job Exchange, contributing to supporting and creating conditions to promote the development of the city’s labor market; providing labor information on employment, vocational training, labor export (XKLĐ)…, contributing to solving employment for workers, reducing unemployment rate, ensuring social security in the district and neighboring areas.
The Organizing Committee's summary shows that there are 1,983 quotas of 31 units, of which the enrollment demand includes 320 quotas, the recruitment and labor export demand has 1,663 quotas. Notably, the recruitment and labor export demand is for unskilled laborers with the highest proportion of 768 quotas, accounting for 46.2%.
