Speaking at the festival, Mr. Tran The Cuong - Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training - said that in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and the strong digital transformation trend, vocational education plays an important role in training human resources with high vocational skills.
According to him, if in 2019 and 2020, each year vocational training institutions in the area cooperated with about 300 - 400 businesses, then in 2024 vocational training institutions will have cooperated and connected with nearly 1,000 businesses in recruiting students, placing training orders...
Therefore, the rate of students and trainees having jobs after graduation is always 70-80% or higher; many students have jobs before graduating.
Many professions when students graduate are 100% recruited by businesses, such as refrigeration and air conditioning engineering; electrical and electronic engineering technology; automation technology...
"The festival is organized with the highest goal of creating an effective bridge between vocational training institutions with businesses and the labor market; promoting propaganda to students about career orientation, access to suitable learning and employment opportunities.
This event is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, explore different professions, and for businesses to seek quality human resources to meet the demand for high-quality human resources for the capital's socio -economic development," Mr. Cuong emphasized.

With the participation of 56 units including colleges, intermediate schools, vocational education centers, 50 businesses and 23 units at the festival, it helped junior high school seniors have the necessary career counseling and guidance information, and early access to professions.
Students can participate in job fairs, access employer criteria, and prepare in time before graduation.
