The only Vietnamese dish in the top 10 best street foods in Asia

The culinary site TasteAtlas voted for the 100 best street foods in the world, and in the top 10 list there is a very popular Vietnamese dish.

The TasteAtlas food rankings are based on reader reviews, using a variety of mechanisms to identify real users and ignore fake reviews. The list of Asia's 100 best street foods has recorded 28,929 reviews. Here are the 10 best street foods in Asia:

1.Guotie

Chinese wok-fried jiaozi, also known as guotie, are northern Chinese dumplings typically filled with minced pork, Chinese cabbage, green onions, ginger, rice wine, and sesame oil. The crispy and soft texture of the dumplings is achieved by a special cooking method; while frying the bottom of the dumpling, a small amount of water is poured into the pan, then covered, allowing the remaining dumpling and filling to steam.

An Indonesian dish consisting of steamed fish dumplings, eggs, potatoes, cabbage, tofu and bitter melon. The final highlight of the dish is a little sweet soy sauce with lime juice.

3.Parotta
