1.Guotie
Chinese wok-fried jiaozi, also known as guotie, are northern Chinese dumplings typically filled with minced pork, Chinese cabbage, green onions, ginger, rice wine, and sesame oil. The crispy and soft texture of the dumplings is achieved by a special cooking method; while frying the bottom of the dumpling, a small amount of water is poured into the pan, then covered, allowing the remaining dumpling and filling to steam.
2.Siomay
An Indonesian dish consisting of steamed fish dumplings, eggs, potatoes, cabbage, tofu and bitter melon. After steaming, all the ingredients are placed on a plate, cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzled with a generous amount of spicy peanut sauce. The final highlight of the dish is a little sweet soy sauce with lime juice.

Originating in the northern Indian city of Amritsari, Amritsari kulcha is a flatbread stuffed with potatoes, onions, cottage cheese and spices. The flatbread is often garnished with coriander seeds and red chilli powder. Thin, crispy and spread with ghee, it is a staple in Amritsar, with almost every shop in the city sizzling with kulchas being baked in large tandoor ovens
