AgriS leads the Top 10 prestigious companies in the High-tech Agriculture industry in 2025

This success affirms AgriS's leading position in the journey of innovation and creation of high-tech, modern and sustainable agriculture in Vietnam.

At the announcement ceremony of "Top 10 prestigious companies in the High-tech Agriculture sector" organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet Newspaper on October 28, 2025, Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (AgriS, HOSE: SBT) was honored to be named in the Top 1 prestigious company in the High-tech Agriculture sector, affirming AgriS's leading position in the journey of innovation and creation of high-tech, modern and sustainable agriculture in Vietnam.

Innovation capacity and brand reputation put AgriS in the leading position

The ranking of “Top 10 prestigious companies in the High-tech Agriculture industry” is the annual assessment result of Vietnam Report, based on three groups of criteria:

• Financial capacity, demonstrated through business results and sustainable growth index.

• Media credibility, analyzed using the Media Coding method.

• Independent survey with research subjects and stakeholders updated to September 2025.

Compared to 2024, this year's rankings witnessed many major changes, when AgriS, for the first time, rose to the No. 1 position, surpassing a series of veteran enterprises in the industry. This achievement is a recognition of AgriS's long-term vision and comprehensive transformation efforts in the journey to make technology, innovation and sustainable development the foundation of Vietnam's agricultural economy .

Pioneering in building a high-tech, circular, digital agricultural ecosystem

From a traditional manufacturing enterprise, AgriS has grown to become a high-tech agricultural corporation, providing comprehensive agricultural solutions integrating three pillars: AgTech - FoodTech - FinTech, with products present in more than 70 international markets.

The enterprise has successfully built an Integrated Smart Agricultural Economic Model connecting the entire chain - from raw material areas, factories, to trade and finance.

AgriS's four R&D Centers in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia are the core of promoting innovation, focusing on research on plant nutrition, biotechnology and converting agricultural by-products into green products with high added value. AgriS also expands international cooperation with Queensland State (Australia), Sungai Budi Group (Indonesia) and Nanyang University (Singapore) in developing smart agriculture and high-quality human resources.

In Vietnam, AgriS has implemented the “5 Houses” model (State – Farmers – Scientists – Enterprises – Financial Institutions), contributing to the realization of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on national science, technology and innovation. Initiatives such as DigiFactory, DigiFarm, and the Demofarm system have helped AgriS become a leader in digitalizing and modernizing the Vietnamese crop industry.

During the 2021-2025 period, AgriS's revenue will grow by an average of 18% per year, reaching VND 28,482 billion in 2025, an increase of nearly 90% compared to 2021. Entering a new development phase, AgriS aims to reach a capitalization target of USD 2.7 billion by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2035.
